Serviços de saúde mental da Prefeitura promovem atividades alusivas ao Janeiro Branco a partir desta segunda-feira

A rede municipal de Saúde de João Pessoa promoverá atividades alusivas à campanha Janeiro Branco a partir desta segunda-feira (16). O movimento tem o objetivo de chamar atenção da sociedade para as necessidades relacionadas à saúde mental das pessoas. A programação seguirá até o dia 28 de janeiro nos serviços de saúde mental do município. 

De acordo com o coordenador de Saúde Mental de João Pessoa, Jean Paulo Dantas, o tema deve ser pensado e trabalhado de forma integral. “Falar em saúde mental, muitos relacionam à ausência de doenças, como depressão, ansiedade e bipolaridade. Mas também temos que ter cuidados, por exemplo, com as redes sociais e a ansiedade, onde pessoas ficam o dia inteiro trabalhando e ao chegar em casa não largam o celular. Assim como uma dieta balanceada que devemos seguir e a prática diária de atividades física, temos que ter uma rotina saudável com nossa mente, pois a vida pede equilíbrio”, afirmou. 

As atividades terão início com um passeio turístico para os moradores das residências terapêuticas mantidas pela Prefeitura de João Pessoa. O passeio acontece nesta segunda-feira (16), a partir das 13h30, com destino à Fortaleza de Santa Catarina, em Cabedelo. Na quarta-feira (18), o Caps Ad David Capistrano vai fazer rodas de conversa com os usuários sobre saúde mental. 

No próximo dia 26, a programação segue com o lançamento do livro ‘Poeticamente Livre’, que reúne textos dos usuários do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (Caps) Gutemberg Botelho. A atividade acontece a partir das 14h, na Usina Cultural Energisa, localizada na Avenida Epitácio Pessoa. 

No mesmo dia, às 15h, o Caps Infanto Juvenil Cirandar vai fazer um piquenique no Parque Arruda Câmara (Bica), promovendo um momento de lazer e bem estar para as crianças e adolescentes usuários e seus familiares. Ainda no dia 26, o Caps Caminhar realizará palestras sobre o tema ‘Janeiro Branco’ para seus usuários. 

A programação será encerrada no dia 28 no Pronto Atendimento de Saúde Mental (PASM), anexo ao Ortotrauma de Mangabeira, que ofertará atividades físicas e mini cursos com temas relacionados à saúde mental.
