Prefeito entrega pavimentação no Planalto da Boa Esperança e moradores agradecem

Sair de casa e chegar ao ponto de ônibus em período de chuva era um sofrimento para Jacira de Lima, aposentada de 58 anos. “A gente tinha que dobrar a calça e sair descalça, pois a rua enchia de água”, contou. Ela é moradora da Rua Marcus Albino Rafael, no Planalto da Boa Esperança, que passou por obras de pavimentação e infraestrutura entregues no final da tarde desta terça-feira (24) pelo prefeito Cícero Lucena e pelo vice-prefeito Leo Bezerra. “Ficou linda. Eu amei”, avaliou a moradora ao ver o resultado.

O prefeito Cícero Lucena reforçou que a missão da gestão é cuidar da cidade. “Estamos fazendo isso com dedicação, com trabalho, mas também com o coração. Queremos que a cidade cresça, mas com qualidade de vida para os seus moradores. Hoje estamos podendo ofertar isso para dezenas de famílias aqui neste bairro”, destacou.

A via ganhou o padrão de infraestrutura que a gestão tem levado para toda a cidade, incluindo pavimentação em paralelepípedo, calçadas padronizadas, acessibilidade e drenagem. O investimento foi de R$ 650 mil.

Jacira de Lima conta que com a pavimentação não vai mais precisar colocar o pé na lama para sair de casa, mas que a padronização das calçadas foi o que deu o maior diferencial. “Ficou lindo. Todo mundo que vê pela primeira vez elogia. Agradeço a Cícero por nos presentear com essa linda rua”, afirmou.

Outra moradora satisfeita foi a Rita Albino Rafael, de 93 anos. Além de morar lá desde 1992, ela tem uma relação especial com a rua por ser mãe de Marcus, que dá nome à via. “Aqui era uma bagunça. Hoje olho para ela e penso: meu Deus, o que era essa rua? Eu tinha esperança que um dia alguém ia ajeitar. Agora está linda. Prepararam muito bem e deixaram ela perfeita”, comemorou.

Estiveram presentes no evento o vereador Tarcísio Jardim, o secretário executivo da Infraestrutura, Luciano Pereira, entre outros auxiliares da gestão municipal.
