Circulador Cultural retorna no próximo domingo com banda Muntchako e DJ Lane Frontt

O projeto Circulador Cultural, realizado pela Fundação Cultural de João Pessoa (Funjope), está de volta a partir do próximo domingo (27), às 16h, no Centro Cultural Casa da Pólvora. E o retorno acontece em grande estilo com as participações do Grupo Muntchako, do Distrito Federal, e da DJ Lane Frontt. As atrações prometem fazer o público dançar com seus ritmos variados.
“Com o show do Muntchako, estamos voltando às atividades na Casa da Pólvora, que é um equipamento preciosíssimo da Prefeitura de João Pessoa. Sempre estamos mantendo lá shows, exposições, apresentações de culturas populares, e nós voltamos com esse grupo que tem uma vitalidade, uma força musical muito grande”, observa o diretor executivo da Funjope, Marcus Alves.
Ele diz que a Fundação trabalha o conceito de que na Casa da Pólvora devem ser apresentados à cidade elementos sonoros e culturais que sejam capazes de mostrar a força da cultura contemporânea na sua criatividade e expressividade artística.
Segundo Marcus, o Muntchako se enquadra exatamente nesse ambiente de criatividade. “É uma banda que trabalha com hibridismos musicais e culturais muito fortes, juntando experiências sonoras da América do Sul, da África, Brasil e Nigéria. Tem um hibrismo cultural muito intenso nisso que nós valorizamos. Acho que vai ser um show muito bonito e muito significativo na volta das nossas atividades na Casa da Pólvora”, acrescenta. A DJ Lane Frontt, conforme emendou Marcus Alves, é parte dos artistas criativos que traz essa linhagem renovadora da arte e da cultura da cidade.
Ana Maia, que coordena a Casa da Pólvora, afirma que o local vai contar com uma banda que possui um trabalho em nível internacional. Ela comenta que o público poderá contar com um espetáculo musical de grandeza, graças à sensibilidade dos que fazem a gestão da Funjope.
“Mais uma vez, a Casa da Pólvora vai bombar. Que todos sejam bem vindos. Nosso espaço é acolhedor e essa é sempre uma preocupação da equipe. Por isso, todos os eventos são um sucesso”, comemora.
Muntchako – O grupo Muntchako vai apresentar uma mistura de Fela Kuti e Luiz Gonzaga através do projeto ‘Fela dum Gonzaga’, cujo álbum será lançado em 2023, mesclando baião e afrobeat. O trio traz a música instrumental brasileira contemporânea de pista, tem o paraibano Macaxeira Acioli na formação e já lançou os singles ‘Pagode Russo’ e ‘Waka Morena’. A produção local é da Toroh.
“A gente está muito feliz de estar na estrada levando o show ‘Fela dum Gonzaga’ para várias cidades do Brasil, misturando Fela Kuti e Luiz Gonzaga, essas duas grandes entidades da música universal”, destaca Macaxeira Acioli.
Ele diz estar muito feliz em poder fazer esse laço do Rei do Baião com a Paraíba. “Eu, que sou nordestino, paraibano de Campina Grande, estou retornando para casa com uma alegria imensa de rever os amigos, olhar nos olhos e celebrar a vida. Então, domingão, 27 de novembro, a gente ataca na programação da Casa da Pólvora, no Centro Histórico de João Pessoa. É só chegar”, convida.
Além de Macaxeiranos samples, beats e percussão, a banda é formada por Samuel Mota, que comanda guitarra, synths, programações e produção musical; e Rodrigo Barata, na bateria e beats. Além deles, fazem parte do grupo Esdras Nogueira, com o sax barítono, e Juninho Ferreira, na sanfona.
DJ Lane Frontt – Quem também vai fazer o público dançar neste domingo é Lane Frontt. Atuando como DJ há cinco anos, ela gosta de passear pela cultura hip hop paraibana. A artista lidera uma equipe de dancers que, em suas apresentações, leva coreografias e performances únicas para cada evento.
“Estou muito ansiosa. É uma emoção tocar na Casa da Pólvora. Eu e minha equipe estamos contando os dias e preparando algo especial para domingo. Vou com meus dancers e com coreografias feitas com muito amor e carinho”, destaca a DJ.
A equipe da Frontt Produções, da DJ Lane Frontt, é formada por Cauã Castro, Vanessa Tomaz e Amanda Silva. Juntos, eles têm levado muita alegria e entretenimento ao público de João Pessoa.
