A Prefeitura de João Pessoa, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Turismo (Setur-JP), retomou com mais intensidade neste mês de dezembro, período de alta temporada, as fiscalizações integradas dos prestadores de serviços turísticos na Capital. A ação conta com a participação do Governo da Paraíba, por meio do Batalhão de Policiamento de Trânsito (BPTrans), em integração com a Superintendência Executiva de Mobilidade Urbana (Semob-JP) e a Guarda Civil Metropolitana. As abordagens e blitzem acontecem em vários pontos da cidade e rotas de acesso aos atrativos turísticos mais procurados.
De acordo com o secretário municipal de Turismo, Daniel Rodrigues, “as ações conjuntas fazem parte do Programa de Fiscalizações da Setur-JP para desenvolver o turismo seguro e responsável no destino, além de contribuir para a qualificação e regularização dos serviços prestados no Município, mitigando a pirataria e a informalidade, e ainda combater o exercício ilegal da profissão de guia de turismo demandados pelo SINGTUR”.
Para o chefe do Setor de Infraestrutura Turística da Setur-JP, Vinícius Brito, as ações da força-tarefa são executadas a partir de um cronograma programado em conjunto com outras instituições e serão ampliadas para todas as categorias de prestação de serviços turísticos.
