Procon-JP dá dicas de economia ao consumidor para as compras de artigo carnavalescos

O consumidor pessoense que vai adquirir produtos carnavalescos como fantasias, adereços e artigos típicos da época para brincar nas prévias (Folia de Rua) e no Carnaval da Capital deve aproveitar as dicas e orientações da Secretaria Municipal de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor para economizar no orçamento doméstico e realizar uma compra segura, tanto em lojas físicas quanto nas virtuais.
A primeira orientação é que se deve buscar o produto mais barato através de pesquisas de preços em mais de um estabelecimento. O secretário Rougger Guerra pontua que, além de procurar os artigos mais baratos, deve-se verificar também a qualidade e o custo/benefício. “Esse tipo de produto normalmente não será usado no dia a dia do consumidor, já que é bem específico da época. Mas pode ser reaproveitado no ano seguinte e, nesse caso, quanto melhor for o material, mais tempo de duração”.
Outra dica é para ficar atento a possíveis defeitos e à política de troca do estabelecimento para não ter ‘dor de cabeça’. O titular do Procon-JP lembra que, em caso de troca em lojas físicas, o local não tem a obrigação de fazer esse procedimento se não for por defeito. “Por isso, é bom verificar a política de troca da loja já que ela não tem obrigação de trocar se não houver vício no produto”.
Crianças – Quanto às fantasias para as crianças, ele pondera que a garotada deve opinar sobre o personagem com o qual deseja se exibir para não haver decepção depois. “Às vezes, a necessidade de troca se dá porque o gosto não ‘bateu’. Além de observar possíveis defeitos, deve-se também ter certeza do tamanho e da escolha da cor antes de efetuar a compra”.
Atenção aos detalhes – O secretário acrescenta que “o folião deve se lembrar que artigos carnavalescos geralmente são utilizados apenas uma vez ao ano. Por isso, é importante prestar atenção aos detalhes no momento de adquirir o que deseja. Também não se deve esquecer de sempre pedir a nota fiscal”.
Outro conselho de Rougger Guerra é quanto a reutilizar os artigos de anos anteriores se estiverem em bom estado. “Nesse momento em que toda economia é bem-vinda, verificar o que tem em casa e reaproveitar alguns adereços é uma boa dica de economia”.
Promoções – É necessário ficar atento para as promoções que normalmente ocorrem nessa época. “Procurar os preços mais em conta é uma boa dica para economizar. Porém, é importante ficar alerta para as promoções anunciadas, prestando atenção se não há maquiagem nos preços, se a qualidade condiz com o valor e se há possíveis defeitos nos produtos”.
Compras virtuais – Em compra através da internet, é necessário verificar a procedência do site, se é registrado com CNPJ e se telefone e endereço conferem. “Preste atenção aos prazos de entrega e preço do frete. No caso de devolução, a legislação prevê que o produto pode ser devolvido dentro de sete dias contados a partir do recebimento. O consumidor também tem a opção de pedir a devolução do pagamento, caso prefira dessa forma”, informa Rougger Guerra.
